Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, undamaged items. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll walk you through it.

Exchanges

Want a different design or size? We're happy to exchange within 30 days. Just reach out and we'll sort it out.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, we'll send a replacement immediately — no need to return the original. Just send us a photo and your order number.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom and name-drop orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless there's a production error on our end.
