Custom and personalized items may take additional production time, which will be communicated when your order is placed.

We ship throughout the United States via USPS, UPS, and other carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service level. Tracking information is emailed to you when your order ships.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please let us know within 5 days of receipt and we will work with you on a refund, less shipping and handling fees.
