One glass out of 6 was broken upon delivery. The packaging didn't seem adequate for delivery. The glasses that made it are great though.
Upon leaving the above review, I realize that I did not reach out to Brent and Derek to request help to remedy this delivery mishap. Although, many hands touch the packages when shipped, and not always with care, am very pleased with how quickly Brent and Derek have reached out and their customer service is great!
